ean, my eldest, is taking advantage of the educational program offered by his employer, UPS, and is going back to school to work towards getting a BS! He starts this morning…please keep him in your prayers.

We’ve committed to another family vacation this year with my parents and sisters and their families down on the Eastern Shore. The house is very similar to the one we stayed at last year…only bigger. This year Michael will be able to go with us (he’ll have gotten his MBA by then and will be finished with school!) and hopefully Sean and Cole (Col’s oldest and working boy) will be able to come down for the weekend to make some Eastern Shore memories with us.

The twins will be working in earnest this week on their Science Fair project for our homeschooling co-op’s Science Fair in February. Last week they decided on their project (identical twins have identical DNA, why do they still have physical differences) but still have a lot of research to do. I’ll help out with the graphics and titles…the artsy side of it and of course, taking photos of their differences. *smile*

Quinn is still doing shapes but since the weather is supposed to be mild this week I think we’ll spend some time outside too.

Dinner yesterday was delicious!  I must admit though that I like my plain old buttermilk pie recipe much better than Sandra Lee’s chocolate one.
