No, not outside! According to the latest from the Weather Channel, Baltimore is supposed to hit 74º today.

This is my first attempt at doing a page (on frost) for Quinn’s Winter Lapbook, digiscrappin’. I love how it looks. Instead of using the modified portfolios/document envelopes as I have been doing, I’m going to use a little 9″ x 9″ scrapbook that I bought at the dollar store (thanks, Dawn!), create the pages on the computer, glue them in and then strategically place on the pages some pretty winter embellishments that I bought at Michaels a couple of months ago. The book only has 9 pages but I should be able to fit enough information on them to cover quite a few winter-y subjects and concepts for Quinn.

This one is about frost and includes some frosty pictures, 2 poems and my Lil Jack Frost that I made a couple of days ago. A couple of the elements (”winter”, the paper used on the right of the image and the round circle at the top) were taken from The Winter Bliss Mini Page Kit created by Angie Svoboda and offered as a freebie from DigitalScrapbookPlace.com.

It printed out beautifully on glossy Kodak photopaper. This was so much fun that I think I’ve found a new obsession pastime. *smile*
