I just started drinking caffeinated coffee again and ran across the benefits of coffee at Eating Fabulous’ “Let’s Have a Coffee-Break.” I drink a morning iced coffee made with:

1 tsp. instant coffee dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water
1 Tbsp. Coffee Mate - Sugar Free French Vanilla
2 pks Equal or Splenda
2 TBsp. non-fat 1/2 and 1/2
Use a large glass, add crushed ice and stir.
